How to Request a Refund
- Email us at speakmercury@dapsdev.dev with your purchase email and the reason (optional).
- We will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method via Stripe.
Conditions
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Each customer is eligible for one refund per purchase.
- Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
After a Refund
Once a refund is processed, your license to use SpeakMercury is revoked. You may repurchase at any time if you decide to use the app again in the future.
